We are so happy to announce the newest member of the Scout Regalia team. Meet Penny the Scout! Penny is the official Scout Regalia mascot, field scout, security detail, and occasional ruckus raiser. Her daily tasks include catching tennis balls and frisbees in the air, and honing her scent detection skills.
