Fishing the Channel Islands

We spent a day fishing the Channel Islands off the coast of Oxnard this weekend. We boarded The Cobra, part of a fleet of sportsfishing boats at Channel Islands Sportfishing, at 4am and fished the entire day for various California rockfish. Fishing in October is becoming a Scout Regalia tradition!

HDTS 2013

We made our annual trek to check up on our Trail Registry during the kickoff weekend for High Desert Test Sites 2013. HDTS 2013 extends from Joshua Tree to Albuquerque New Mexico this year, with lots of exciting work across the Southeast.

Art Center Studio in Quito, Ecuador

Ben recently took his Art Center College of Design students to Quito, Ecuador, where they visited with our friends over at ATU International. While there, Ben had the chance to check out the new biblioteca project recently completed by our friends and fellow Sci-Arc grads Gaby and Aaron. They also had some time to explore the City and go up to Otavalo and the mountains of Quito. Stay tuned for updates of their studio work!

We've updated our site with a few new Scout Regalia products!

The SR Wall Hook is made of heavy gauge powder coated steel for durable everyday use and is available in Fluorescent Orange Red and Navy Grey. Made in Los Angeles and now available online.

We are also excited to continue our collaboration with Winter Session of Denver, Colorado with our SR + WS Bicycle Saddlebags and Utility Pouches.  Each saddlebag and utility pouch is handmade from heavy duty canvas with a ticking stripe lining. SR + WS Bicycle Saddlebags come with an adjustable leather strap to use the saddlebag as a carry-all bag and fits most standard rear racks. SR + WS Utility Pouches are sized to fit iPads, sketchbooks and small goods. Made in Denver, Colorado and now available online!
